The elderly carpenter, whose heartwarming video of him struggling at work went viral recently, has received a generous sum of N1.5 million from Nigerian footballer, Victor Boniface.
The video, initially shared by a kind-hearted individual on social media, captured the attention of many who wanted to help improve the elderly man’s life.
Thanks to the widespread sharing of the video, numerous people came forward to contribute towards providing the elderly carpenter with a chance for a better life.
Among those who extended their support was Victor Boniface, who contacted the person who originally shared the video.
He donated a total of N2 million, with N1.5 million designated for the elderly man and N500k for the young man who posted the video.
This compassionate gesture has touched the hearts of many, earning Victor Boniface praise for his kindness and generosity towards the elderly carpenter.
