Nigerian influencer, Laura Ikeja reacts after Lagos state issued a warning note about Imminent flood to certain areas on Lagos Island
On Tuesday, 25th of October, a fresh update to all waterfront residents of highbrow Ikoyi, Lekki, and Victoria Island.
Also, the coastal areas of Epe and Badagry were not left out, due to the high tide in Lagos Lagoon.
The warning was issued by the State Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Tunji Bello.
Reacting to the news, the mother-of-2 asked the government how they are preparing for the occurrence and how, they, as individuals are supposed to prepare.
She maintained that she does not care about properties, but she does have kids to take care of.
She adds that she is scared and cannot swim.
