Just hours after the controversial lifestyle influencer Bobrisky Okuneye was arrested, a video of him reportedly abusing Naira notes surfaced.
The EFCC summoned the 31-year-old crossdresser following a video report of her spraying and flaunting wads of fresh Naira notes at the premiere of Ajakaju, a film made by Nollywood actress and director Eniola Ajao, on March 24, 2024, at Film One Circle Mall in Lekki, Lagos.
In the video, Bobrisky is shown spraying money over a well-known musician, Segun Johnson, while being greeted by the singer.
The EFCC released a statement on its Instagram page accusing the transwoman of committing the offense many times at various gatherings.
It went on to say that if Bobrisky is found guilty of the offenses when the inquiry is done, he might face charges in court.
