Location where the birthday party happened and video shot from is not exactly known at the moment but there are insinuation it happened in Jacksonville Florida.
Angry parents reacting to the video can’t believe adults who were in attendance at the children’s birthday party encouraged her to dance inappropriately and these adults tossed dollar bills at the little child while praising her ‘twerking skills’.
The little girl was made to dance inappropriately to “booty” music like Sir Mix A Lot’s “I like Big Butts” and Blac Youngsta’s new hit single “Booty.”
