Kashim Shettima, Vice President, has arrived at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.
The vice-president, who is representing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is said to have taken his seat.
According to Gistlover, the tribunal is due to rule on the Petition challenging Bola Tinubu’s declaration as the victor of the February 25 presidential election.
Remember that the All Progressives Congress (APC)’s Bola Tinubu was proclaimed the winner of the February 25 polls by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The result, however, was contested in court by Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidates of the Labour Party (LP) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the election, respectively.
