A girl aiming to study Mathematics at Lagos State University (LASU) has gained attention on social media after her brother posted her WAEC results online.
Anayo Chikamso Sylvia, a student from Mater Christi Secondary School in Awada Onitsha, impressed many with her outstanding performance in the recent West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
In her WAEC results, Sylvia earned distinctions in both General Mathematics and Further Mathematics, achieving a total of 5 A’s and 4 B’s. Her brother shared the results on X (formerly Twitter).
“My sister’s WAEC result. She wants to study Mathematics at LASU. I’m proud to be her guardian.”
