Iyabo Ojo, a Nollywood actress and businesswoman, responded after Lizzy Anjorin failed to appear in court for their hearing.
According to a video posted by the actress on her Instagram page just minutes ago, Lizzy Anjorin did not appear in court with the aforementioned proof.
Iyabo Ojo and her lawyer, who talked in the video, said that the matter has been extended to April 10th, and the court will issue another order to her colleague.
The mother of two further criticized Lizzy Anjorin, claiming that if she does not accept the revised order, it would be put all over her wall to remind her of the hearing date. Iyabo Ojo captioned the video.
“April 10th is round the corner……. the court will be serving you once again, Liz, and this time, the court has given the order for it to be pasted everywhere on your wall if you don’t accept it ……. this court se, we must go and you must bring all your evidence 😉 by force by fire”
Months ago, it was claimed that Iyabo Ojo and Lizzy Anjorin caused a sensation on the internet by openly washing their filthy laundry.
Iyabo Ojo released a video in which she hilariously mimicked and mocked Lizzy Anjorin. Lizzy was clearly angered by this and went on to divulge some sensitive facts about Iyabo Ojo, accusing her of promiscuity and being a Gistlover, among other things.
Following the charges, Iyabo Ojo warned Lizzy with legal action, demanding a public apology or paying N500 million for her libelous publication, and warning that if her demands were not satisfied, she would be sued for N1 billion.
