“We will keep shaping the world positively”- Actor Gabriel Afolayan bags doctorate degree

Many celebrities are receiving doctorates this year. From Nancy Isime to Klint Da Drunk, Pete Edochie, Emmanuel Umoh of BBNaija, Lateef Adedimeji, and now Gabriel Afolayan.

The Nollywood actor shared photos and video clips from his ceremony where he was awarded a Doctorate degree on his Instagram page.

He and Lateef Adedimeji were both awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Arts and Culture by Estam University.

He expressed gratitude to the University and promised to continue positively shaping the world through his art.

Adeniyi Johnson, Bukunmi Oluwasina, Kunle Remi, Stan Nze, Helen Paul, Jayeola Monje, Frederick Leonard, Afeez Owo, and others congratulated him in the comments section.

Lateef Adedimeji, who received a Doctor of Philosophy from Estam University, also received a doctorate degree.

According to the University, the award is given to him in recognition of his exceptional talent and tremendous achievement in the film industry.

Speaking about it, he revealed that he was moved to tears because he has never been interested in fame and has only wanted to be happy with his craft and the lives that he has touched.
