Uche Ogbodo, a well-known actress in Nollywood, engaged in a verbal exchange with a troll who questioned the authenticity of her age, claiming that she is 38 years old.

On the 17th of May, Uche celebrated her birthday, marking her transition into the age of 38.

A social media user doubted her statement and accused her of lying about her age, stating that those born in 1986 are the ones who are truly turning 38. The troll also pointed out that Uche had been acting in movies for a significant period of time, implying that she must have been an adult during that period.

The troll wrote:

“Aunty. Don’t forget that the kids born in 1986 are the ones turning 38 years this year. You were already a full grown woman when you started acting movies then. Hopefully you told that little boy you’re married to your real age. Yeye!!”.

In reaction, the actress expressed her disgust at such kind of thought and comment.

She wondered what it was with people that made them age shame others, adding that she had been a star a long time ago while the troll was still sleeping.
