Controversial Yul Edochie, a Nigerian actor and producer, has detailed his visit to his mother.
Yul began by characterising his mother as a beautiful woman while sharing a photo with her. He did say, however, that whenever he pays her a visit, she will virtually empty a bottle of holy water on his head.
His mother, he claims, always tells him he is too stubborn, hence the necessity for the holy water, which she feels will cool his head.
He wrote to express his feelings for her:
“Me and my beautiful mum.
Anytime I visit her, she’ll almost empty one bottle of holy water on my head.
She says I’m too stubborn, let holy water be cooling my head.
I love her so much”.
GISTLOVER recalls that legendary actor Pete Edochie broke his silence about his son Yul marrying a second woman a few months ago.
The actor, who had stayed silent since the incident, spoke up in an interview with Vanguard.
When asked how he felt about Yul taking a second wife, Pete stated that while he didn’t approve of his son’s decision, he wouldn’t blame him because Solomon in the Bible had many wives and concubines. He stated:
“I didn’t feel good, but like I said I’m a Christian and I read the Bible. Solomon, with 700 wives and 300 concubines, was branded a man of wisdom. it’s his choice and for whatever reason he decided to take a second wife, that’s all I can say.”
Yul and his second wife actress, Judy Austin, made headlines in April after the former announced his marriage to Judy. The actor also revealed they already have a son together.
