A twitter user is of the view that Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo, better known by his stage name D’Banj is the main reason behind the international fame his colleagues, Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Davido are enjoying now.
According to the fan who goes by the name of YurobaBoy, D’Banj paved the way for the three Nigerian international stars to break global boundaries, hence he needs to be recognized as such.
As a reminder, D’Banj, aka the Coco Master is a Nigerian singer, rapper, businessman, and the founder of Mo’ Hits Records with producer Don Jazzy.
He has won several music awards, including the awards for Best African Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2007, Artist of the Year at the MTV Africa Music Awards 2009, Best International Act: Africa at the 2011 BET Awards, and Best-selling African Artist at the 2014 World Music Awards, Evolution award at the 2015 MTV Africa Music awards.

Last weekend, Davido announced he will be giving the N200 million donated to him by his friends for his birthday and will be adding his personal N50 million to the donation, making it N250 million.
