Mavin Records act, Ayra Starr has revealed some amazing details about her latest single, Rush, as it continues to top the charts.
Fast-rising singer, songwriter, and dancer, Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, professionally known as Ayra Starr has revealed that she wasn’t confident about herself when she wrote the song, Rush.
She was unsure of herself and wanted to unapologetically find who she was, and that was how the song came about.
The 19-year-old singer, in an interview, shared that as much as she grew up being a confident person, she caved in while writing “Rush”.

Recall that Ayra Starr, Mavin Princess, revealed how she used to struggle with being an up-and coming artiste.
The ‘Rush’ crooner reflected on her past outing at concerts and noted that she used to seek the help of her friends and family members to act as her friends.
Ayra Starr said that of last year she would go along with close friends and families to concerts and performances to sing along and ginger the audience in case no one knew her songs.
Taking to her Twitter account, the songstress wrote; “Early Last year I used to take my friends and family to concerts and performances just in case no one knew my music, they would help me scream my songs and ginger the audience Sapa nice one.”
