Reality television personality Hazel Oyeze Onou, widely recognized as Whitemoney, has addressed allegations that he insulted musician Crown Uzana, known as Shallipopi, during an Instagram live broadcast.
The controversy began when Whitemoney remarked on being “more exposed and well-traveled” than an unspecified individual during the session, leading to speculation that his comments were aimed at Shallipopi, who was present.
In light of these accusations, Whitemoney, who recently reconnected with fellow BBNaija contestant Uriel, took to social media to refute the claims.
The reality star firmly denied the allegations and expressed his displeasure towards the blogger and media outlet that propagated the story. He used strong language, invoking both “thunder” and the “god of iron (Ogun)” to convey his indignation, asserting that the “devil would locate” the blogger for attempting to incite discord.
Despite his anger, Whitemoney underscored in an Instagram video that his achievements remain unassailable.
The entrepreneur and musician highlighted his ongoing international engagements and cautioned against efforts to create rifts between him and his peers in the industry. He further clarified that his comments were not aimed at Shallipopi and extended an apology, affirming that he harbors nothing but goodwill towards him.
