The ex-girlfriend of the Nigerian singer Burna Boy and British hip-hop star Stefflon Don has admitted that she skips breakfast.
Stefflon was asked if she brushes her teeth before or after breakfast during a recent red carpet interview. In response, she stated that she does not eat breakfast at all.
She also questioned the widely held belief that breakfast is the most significant meal of the day, saying she does not share that belief.
The singer continued by advising other females her size to eat later in the day because it helps in weight loss.
“I don’t even have breakfast. I’m gonna let you in on a trick, I mean you don’t need it because you are slim. But for the girls that are thick out there and wanna lose a little bit of weight, don’t eat breakfast, eat later, eat about one O’clock. It helps to keep the weight off,” she said.
When asked if not eating breakfast is healthy, Stefflon responded by saying that she is alive and well, so it means there are no health implications.
While some people agree with her approach to weight loss, others have expressed concern over her advice, stating that it may not be suitable for everyone.
