“Why I got married for a third time” -Tchidi Chikere reacts to backlash for marrying Judy Austin’s Bestfriend

Tchidi Chikere, a Nigerian filmmaker, has addressed his recent marriage after facing harsh criticism for marrying a third time.

After failing twice before, GISTLOVER reported on Monday that has made a third attempt at marriage.

The filmmaker was previously married to a woman named Sophie, and after that union failed, he wed actress Nuella Njibigbo, who has since also divorced him.

Announcing that he is married again, the filmmaker Tchidi Chikere via Instagram showed off the ring finger of his new wife with a caption that reads

“Married! We did it here some months ago..just so my friends and fans know I m okay and HAPPY. God is on the throne”.

The new spouse has since been revealed to be one Kenechukwu Ezeh, an actress who is close with Yul Edochie’s second wife, Judy Austin.

However, the filmmaker faced harsh criticism for getting married rather than improving himself.

No one will compensate them for the years they waited and remained unhappy, he warned his fans and followers on his Instagram page.

No matter how long it takes them to find a partner, he advised them to pick their friends wisely and fall in love with a good woman or man.

Tchidi added that they only have one life to live.

“Someone needs to hear this advice. No one will pay you for how long waited. How long you stayed unhappy? How. long you were alone. We are l solitary birds… Choose you! Love your real friends. Fall in love with a good woman or man, no matter how long it takes you to find him/her, or how many times you try. You have only one life to live. Most of all, be at peace with God”.

Tchidi Chikere’s first ex-wife, Sophia Williams, has reacted after the movie director got married for the third time.

Tchidi’s first and second marriages – first to actress Sophia and then to Nuella Njubigbo – both ended in divorce.

He shares three sons with Sophia and a daughter with Nuella.

On April 17, he announced that he is married again.

Reacting his first ex-wife Sophia took to the comment section of a post to react.

She wrote: “Congrats my G”, and added a clapping emoji.

Furthermore, the newly married actor shared private message he received from his first ex-wife expressing her happiness for him as he weds the 3rd time.
