Why Two Of The Suspects Involved In The Death Of Air Flying Officer Arotile Were Released

The two suspects including the driver and passenger of the car that killed Nigeria’s first helicopter pilot, Tolulope Arotile in Kaduna have been reportedly freed.

According to TVC News, the first suspect, Nehemiah Adejor is expected to be charged for culpable homicide and criminal conspiracy, but not to be punished with death.

They were presented before a court in Kaduna State with David Adejo and Nehmiah Adejo as the main suspects in the accident. They were slapped with offenses such as  driving without drivers licence, driving without due care and attention and damage to person and property.
