President Bola Tinubu will administer the oath of office to the newly appointed ministers on Monday at 10:00 a.m. at the State House Conference Center in Aso Villa, Abuja.
In a statement issued on Wednesday night, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), George Akume, made this revelation.
President Tinubu officially designated the ministers’ portfolios prior to the announcement.
Nyesom Wike, a former governor of Rivers State, was named as the FCT Minister in the list by President Tinubu.
Adebayo Adelabu was named Minister of Power, and Festus Keyamo was named Minister of Aviation.
Adegboyega Oyetola, a former governor of Osun State, is also listed as the minister of transportation.
Each of the ministers who will be sworn in is expected to bring two guests.
“Honorable Ministers to be sworn-in are expected to come with two guests each,” Akume stated in a statement signed by the Director, Information, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF), Willie Bassey. By 9:00 a.m., all honorable ministers and invited visitors must be seated.
