Ayo Balogun, or Wizkid, thrilled his fans on social media On Tuesday, August 20, with a new update about his upcoming album, ‘Morayo’.
His followers have been anticipating this release for months, especially after he mentioned it following his mother’s death.
According to Gistlover, since the passing of Wizkid’s mother, Jane Dolapo Balogun, on August 18, 2023, in London, the artist has been openly sharing his emotions about missing her at every chance he gets.
At this time, Wizkid and his management have not revealed when the album will be available on streaming platforms, but it is expected to launch before the year’s end as a dedication to his mom.
In a recent video, Wizkid was seen in what seemed to be a studio, with a track from his album playing softly behind him.
