International singer, Wizkid’s third babymama and manager, Jada Pallock has come under fire for complimentary her son’s hair.
Jada Pallock had taken to her Twitter page to share a cute video of her playing with her son’s curly hair.
She captioned the adorable video with, “That good good hair”.
Her caption came out as offensive as a critic dragged her for her complimentary remarks.
The critic who identified as Vivixnojim on Twitter slammed Nigerians for thinking her complimentary remarks was normal.
She questioned if the babymama doesn’t know that he has dark skinned children with visibly 4C hair
She tweeted, “The mother of Wizkid’s light skin child tweeting a video of his loose curls talking about “that good good hair” and you people will think it’s normal. As if he doesn’t have dark skinned children with visibly 4C hair….what message is she passing? Really REALLY wild statement”.
“Let me say this for the individual that quoted… believing any kind of hair is superior to another believing there is a thing as “good hair” and in turn believing that that good hair is loose curly hair is anti-black….. blatantly anti-black at that. Ofcourse people from the nation that consumes most of the world’s bleaching products cannot conceptualize anti black rhetoric. I want us all to look into incorporating critical race theories in the Nigerian education system once they first establish an education system”.
