Woman Cries Out As Employee Resigns Without Notice

  • Adeife Adeoya, shared a heartfelt video about the challenges of owning a business
  • The video went viral, showcasing her emotional response to an employee’s sudden resignation
  • She initially started the platform as a personal project before transitioning it into a business
  • A young Nigerian lady named Adeife Adeoya has ignited conversations on the internet after posting a moving video about the hurdles of business ownership.

In the TikTok clip that went viral, she was visibly upset and shed tears while discussing her anger over an employee’s unexpected resignation.

Adeife founder of Remote WorkHer, an organization aimed at supporting women in remote jobs. She began the platform as a personal project before making it a business.

Over the years, she dedicated herself to building her brand, creating strategies, and partnering with consultants to enhance operations.

She felt heartbroken when her community manager, who managed her online platform, unexpectedly quit without warning.

In the video, she shared that she felt overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do next. Even though she tried to boost employee satisfaction with salary raises, Adeife was sad that her staff kept leaving.

    Captioning her post, she wrote:

“I hate it here. I’m tired of owning a business. God help me. I’m sorry for crying. Business owners, please help. How did you navigate this?”

    Netizens Reactions…

@celine21_: “Can you put remoteworkHER on a pause ? Restrategize and come back stronger. There is no harm in that. Jesus even after preaching on the mount, retreats to a quite place to recharge His Spirit.“

@Faces By Sunshine MUA_IN_UYO: “So sorry Adeife. I’ve worked as a community manager for large crypto communities and these are my suggestions. first of all 1800 active people is a lot for just one person to handle day in day out.”

@Kome kadin | Beauty Creator: “Honestly it is unfair. You can’t just quit without giving heads up. Let be honest here. Nothing like the work load is too much or something she saw the work duties and took the job.”

@Tamara: “All of you saying this is nt fair n all, when that job opening came 4 150-200k offer with all the specifications I knw it will be hard, expect the person looking 4 survival. In this T-pain economy.”

@Braidedwigs by nadi: “All of u are just quickly jumping into conclusions. Based on a one sided crying video. No one will leave their job if they being treated well, or being supported. “
