The woman, abandoned by her husband who misused funds meant for her caesarean section, has been overwhelmed by the support from compassionate Nigerians.
She shared her ordeal on X, revealing how her husband spent N180,000 of the N500,000 donation on a phone and a dog.
In a recent update, she expressed her thanks for receiving three times the requested amount, surpassing her bank’s transaction limit.
She wrote, “I’m short of words… I’ve raised thrice the needed amount until my Palmpay can’t receive funds anymore due to transaction limits. Dear kind-hearted Nigerians, I don’t know where to start thanking you. Please, it’s enough; it’s too much for me to process. Thank you so much.”
The young mother is filled with gratitude due to the generous donations, showcasing the kindness and compassion of Nigerians who united to assist her during her time of need.
