Ayo Makun made fun of Seun Kuti for taking offence at his humour and said that he was just jumping on music because so many of his jokes were offensive.

Well-known Nigerian stand-up comedian and Nollywood actor Ayodele Makun has given up on comedy to focus on music and disseminating Seun Kuti.

Ayo Makun posted a video of himself jumping on a Goya Mentor musical challenge online. The commercial actor highlighted his leadership characteristics, which are consistent with the song’s lyrics.

Ay listed his shows that are still making ripples as only one of the reasons he is and will remain the ruler.

Ayo Makun, who was captioning the video, made fun of Seun Kuti for taking offence at his humour and said that he was just jumping on music because so many of his jokes were offensive.

The musician was offended when Seun Kuti said that Ayo Makun had called his daughter a dog. He clarified that he was not offended by the actor making fun of his police trial; rather, he was incensed over the actor using a dog to represent his daughter.

In retaliation, Seun Kuti made fun of AY for the tragic occurrence that took his Lagos residence. In addition, he charged that the actor-comedian had beaten his wife multiple times.

In response to Kuti’s online rants Ayo Makun cleared the air about calling Seun’s daughter a dog, claiming children are off limit.
