“You guys are too mature & professional to engage in petty fights” – Charly Boy schools Paul, Peter Okoye

Veteran Nigerian singer Charles Oputa, well known as Charly Boy, has chastised his colleagues Peter and Paul Okoye over their recent feud.

According to Gistlover, Peter stated the cause of their fallout in a statement on Monday, including the involvement of their older brother Jude Okoye and his wife, Ifeoma.

The musician added that he, Paul, and Jude control Northside Entertainment, which manages all P-Square affairs.

However, he discovered a company with a similar name, Northside Music.

He studied the company and was startled to learn that Jude and Ifeoma Okoye were the founders and directors.

Peter claimed that the address used to register the company was Ifeoma’s family home, and he questioned his twin brother, Paul, who denied knowing anything about the company.

This caused him to involve his lawyers, who he instructed to file a petition against the suspect, Jude, but told them to exclude his twin brother.

Peter stated that he filed the petition after learning that “millions of dollars and hundreds of millions of Naira were being secretly diverted into this secret company’s account, Northside Music, from our own Northside Entertainment.”

He stated that the EFCC probe revealed that Jude’s covert entity had been collecting Northside Entertainment’s royalties for years.

Charly Boy responded on his Instagram page, stating that it was too childish and unprofessional for the pair to indulge in petty sibling rivalry.

The musician and campaigner recommended the twin brothers to handle their dispute quietly rather than exposing it on social media.

He wrote, “Peter and Paul, pls, like dis no just good at all. I publicly don’t get involved in peoples wahala even if I have all the facts.

“You guys should be able at ur age to lean on one another never to be seen as up in arms against one another.

“If you have a twin by your side, you are indeed fortunate, because twins whether fraternal or identical, are lucky to have one another.

“Whatever the trouble may be, could you guys resolve it quietly without broadcasting all over. It makes you guys look childish.

“You both are far too matured and professional to be engaging in petty fights of sibling rivalry.

“As a twin you guys much watch yourself live two lives. One for him and one for yourself. Biko, stop coming to the public exposing what I believe you guys can solve in the privacy of your homes.

“As a huge fan, you guys are not twinning, I no happy.”
