His Excellency Rochas Okorocha is leaving no stone unturned in his Urban Renewal Program which has seen to the massive infrastructural developments in the SouthEast with attendant manifestation of capital projects in a bid to reposition and uplift Owerri to a world class capital city in Nigeria.

Evidently, the speed and technological inputs as well as the level of work done at the ongoing Michael Okpara bridge, popularly “Amakohia flyover” is breathtaking. And in the next 90 days,the project would have been completed, everything being equal.

The “REDISCOVERImo” team,led by my simple self, visited the site recently to bring you updates on the progress of work.It is amazing to visualize,the largest bridge in Southeast, with over 600 tonnes capacity with integrity test perked at 100yrs is emerging from Imo state.

This magnificent project was conceived & built by OWELLE Dr Rochas Okorocha even at a moment when other state governors have been battling to pay workers salary.Another legacy of the “Political Lamborghini” of Nigeria.
