Rapper Odumodublvck has cautioned Nigerian artists against harboring animosity towards Grammy-winning singer Wizkid.
In a recent interview with content creator Elsie in Toronto, Canada, the artist known for ‘Wotowoto Seasoning’ expressed that resenting Wizkid constitutes an act of self-sabotage. He further stated that he would not take offense if Wizkid collaborated on his album but chose not to share it on social media.
“There some artists that when you release music with them, they look as if they are doing you a favour.
“I’ve never released music and asked the artist that I featured to post it. I don’t care if you promote it. You’ve done the most important thing by giving me a verse,” he said.
“If Wizkid gives me a verse and my album comes and he doesn’t post about it, I will not be angry. If you start hating on Wizkid Machala, you lose.”
