Young lady was left devastated when her friends and guests failed to show up at her birthday party despite receiving invitations has caused a stir on social media.
A heartfelt video was posted by the celebrant’s mother on @sizamabaso2, capturing the moment when the lady broke down in tears upon realizing she was the only one present at her own celebration.
She was depicted lying on her bed, her face buried in her hands as she wept.
In an attempt to lift her own spirits, she was seen trying to dance, a gesture that deeply saddened her mother.
The video was accompanied by the caption, “She invited her friends to her birthday party, and they chose not to attend. She cried. It was heartbreaking to witness my child in that state, dancing and trying to uplift herself”.
