Blessing Kona Udie, a 400-level Microbiology student of the University of Cross River State, UNICROSS has been identified as one of the four persons brutally murdered in Abuja.
The undergraduate and three others including a musician Chop Boii, were hacked to death by unknown assailants in a residence in Gwarimpa area of Abuja, the nation’s capital on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.
Blessing was said to have been in the wrong place at the wrong time when she accompanied her friends to an apartment housing a mini music studio for production.
The deceased is said to be girlfriend of Chop Boii’s producer.
Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the FCT Police Command, DSP Josephine Adeh, said the police have since launched an investigation into the incident.
