Danielle Edochie, the daughter of famous couple Yul and May Edochie, who are currently estranged, has sparked an online frenzy with her most recent video tackling the delicate subject of depression.
The 18-year-old YouTuber recently appeared on Instagram stories and invited her followers to ask her any questions, promising to answer them right away.
One of Danielle Edochie’s fans asked for advice on how to deal with depressive thoughts, unplanned episodes of sadness, and general discontent during this interactive session.
Danielle Edochie, whose parents are currently not on good terms, underlined that she has never directly experienced despair while drawing from her own experiences.
She expressed her opinion that depression is a mental condition that has a significant impact on one’s mental well-being and goes beyond simple melancholy.
This information was provided by Danielle Edochie amid rumours that her mother, May, had taken her father, Yul, and his second wife, Judy Austin, to court.
May Edochie’s complaint was described in full by the DPA Family Law Clinic, along with the reasons why it took her so long to petition for divorce, in a blog post that has now gone popular on Facebook.
It was also explained in detail why May views Yul’s marriage to Judy as invalid: he wed her in accordance with the 1970 Marriage Act, which prohibits him from having more than one wife at a time, as opposed to the traditional Marriage Act.
The lengthy article indicated that Yul had recently visited his old marital residence, which he had previously shared with May but to which he had been denied access.
